Appointments

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Online appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our office.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future appointments.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure adequate care for all patients.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

• Most major dental insurance plans

For insured patients, we will submit claims on your behalf. You are responsible for any portion not covered by insurance, including deductibles and co-payments.
