If you are unsatisfied with any eligible service, you may request a refund within 30 days of the treatment date. We will review your request and work to address your concerns promptly.

Eligible Services

The following services are eligible for refund consideration:

  • Teeth whitening treatments
  • Dental appliances (night guards, retainers) - manufacturing defects only
  • Prepaid treatment plans that have not yet begun
  • Cosmetic procedures where results do not meet agreed-upon expectations

Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of dental treatment, the following services are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Emergency dental services
  • Diagnostic services (X-rays, examinations)
  • Completed restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, root canals)
  • Extractions and surgical procedures
  • Professional cleanings
  • Services covered by insurance (refunds will be processed through your insurance provider)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your name, date of service, treatment received, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Schedule a Review: For some requests, we may ask you to come in for a follow-up appointment to assess the concern.
  4. Resolution: We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with our decision or proposed solution.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of your concern, we may offer:

  • Full refund of the service cost
  • Partial refund based on the circumstances
  • Complimentary re-treatment or correction
  • Credit toward future services

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card within 7-10 business days
  • Cash or check payments will be refunded by check within 14 business days
  • Insurance-related refunds will be coordinated with your insurance provider
